Global Shipping At Jakabstore, we are proud to offer worldwide shipping with standard tracked delivery. Standard International Shipping is €4.99, and we offer FREE shipping for all orders over €59.00.
We prepay all customs and tax fees for orders shipped to the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK, and most of Europe! (Please note: Exceptions apply for certain non-EU European countries and specific territories such as Cyprus, where local customs fees may apply).

Returns and Exchanges We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Backed by our satisfaction guarantee, you can exchange or return a product for a refund within 15 days of its arrival.

Faulty Products At Jakabstore, we maintain strict quality control, and all products are carefully checked before shipping. If you receive a faulty product, we will adhere to Hungarian Consumer Law (which includes a mandatory implied warranty) and either refund your payment, or repair/replace the product at no additional cost.
